Terms of Use

1. About the game

XHeroes is a free online game in which you run a superhero agency. The game is actively being developed (early access), so features, balance and content may change.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your account and for actions taken in it.
• Provide accurate information when registering. One person uses one account.
• You may not use another person's account or impersonate another player.

3. Acceptable behavior

Community content (chats, suggestions, bug reports) is published publicly and on our Discord. The following is prohibited:

• insults, harassment, incitement to hatred;
• spam, advertising, links to malicious content;
• cheating, exploiting bugs or loopholes for an unfair advantage;
• attempts to disrupt or overload the service.

If the rules are violated, we may remove content, restrict or close the account.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the content you create (messages, names, heroes). We may moderate or remove it if it violates the rules.

5. Virtual items

In-game currency, heroes and other items exist only within the game, have no real monetary value and are not sold or exchanged for real money. We may adjust them for balance. In early access, game data may in rare cases be reset.

6. Limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may restrict or close an account if these terms are violated.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
